Senior Digital Infrastructure Counsel

Support the Global Data Centers team by owning legal strategy and execution for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions end-to-end. Advise on legal matters across compute and infrastructure, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage long-term relationships with operators, lessors, financing sources, and off-takers. Provide governance risk mitigation and collaborate cross-functionally to manage interdependencies across complex, fast-moving deals.
