Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end legal strategy and execution for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions, including financing components.
  • •Lead long-term legal relationship management with data center operators/lessors, financing sources, and off-takers.
  • •Provide strategic advice on corporate structure and governance to minimize risk.
  • •Negotiate Cerebras’ most important and highest value contracts throughout the deals lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to manage interdependencies and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of direct experience with data center providers, neo-clouds, and/or hyperscalers on infrastructure transactions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to quarterback sophisticated, cross-functional transactions end-to-end.
  • •Deep familiarity with compute and digital infrastructure, including negotiating technical terms for compute infrastructure and data center operations.
  • •Experience with real estate and physical infrastructure transactions, including colocation, powered-shell/build-to-suit leases, capacity reservation/development, and connectivity agreements.
  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) and bar admission required.
