Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions — Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations — not just review them.
•Lead technical workstreams on complex, multi-cloud implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
•Own Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end, from architecture to working demo.
•Produce and maintain key solution artefacts: technical design documents, data models, integration specs.
•Design and build enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Kafka), and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, custom).

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
•Real coding experience: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations — not just declarative configuration.
•Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language: Python (preferred for data/AI use cases), JavaScript/TypeScript (front-end or Node.js), or equivalent.
•Proven track record delivering complete Salesforce projects from discovery through go-live.
•Fluent in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus for our Iberia coverage).
