Occupational Health Specialist - LPN

Provide first-point-of-care on-site nursing support for workplace and general health issues, delivering routine and emergency attention under nursing scope and protocols. Conduct health assessments and screenings (including drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, and audiometry), respond to incidents on the production floor, and maintain accurate, confidential health records for OSHA and state compliance. Support safety/ergonomic initiatives, employee wellness programs, and assist with workers’ compensation documentation.
