Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, negotiate, administer, and manage contracts across the procurement and contract lifecycle.
  • •Provide strategic contractual, legal, and commercial advice to safeguard the client’s interests and ensure compliance with approved procurement strategy, Conditions of Contract, and applicable laws.
  • •Review and interpret contracts, agreements, and TOR between the client and developers to identify obligations, deliverables, interfaces, and performance requirements.
  • •Identify, assess, and monitor contractual, legal, commercial, financial, and delivery risks and develop mitigation measures and contractual controls.
  • •Support interpretation and administration of developer contracts, including remedies, notices, approvals, amendments, and actions to protect the client’s interests; manage stakeholder interfaces for timely resolution of contractual matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Survey and RICS.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in building and infrastructure works.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or contract administration.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East/GCC region is mandatory.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
