Use reporting and feedback loops to improve program execution, prioritization, and impact while identifying AI and emerging tools to boost GTM effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design and execution of strategic GTM programs with objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
•Maintain portfolio-level visibility for active and planned GTM programs, tracking status, impact, and interdependencies.
•Define and sustain consistent measurement and KPI frameworks for prioritization and impact assessment.
•Drive the quarterly enablement agenda and coordinate cross-functional enablement initiatives in partnership with enablement leadership.
•Create program governance processes and produce regular portfolio-level reporting with recommendations for optimization or new initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 240,000 annually

•Strong strategic thinking to set program objectives, understand business context, and identify critical paths to success.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional dependencies.
•Strong program/portfolio governance expertise (planning, tracking, measurement/KPIs, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution) and analytical communication skills.
