Job Summary

Support product design and evaluation for Binance Agentic, helping shape core AI Agent capabilities end to end. Work with the PM team to design task flows and user interaction patterns, assist with the Harness evaluation framework (test scenarios, criteria, and iteration), and help validate agent tasks in real Web3 use cases. Partner with tech owners, frontend engineers, and skill design leads to translate business requirements into shippable, testable product specs.

Key Responsibilities

•Shadow and assist in designing Agent-related capabilities for Binance Agentic, including task flows, interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and feedback loops.
•Help build and maintain the Harness framework by contributing to test scenario design, evaluation criteria, task curation, performance analysis, and iteration recommendations.
•Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to translate business requirements into shippable, testable, production-ready product specs.
•Research and map high-value, deployable Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other Binance business lines.
•Assist in defining and tracking Agent performance metrics (task success, satisfaction, error rate, response quality, and tool-calling accuracy) and identify issues from real-world usage to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science.
•Strong interest in AI products, AI Agents, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.
•Interest in or exposure to Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets.
•Basic understanding of how AI Agents work, including tool-calling, task planning, context management, or evaluation frameworks.
•Solid product fundamentals, including writing clear PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, and acceptance criteria, with strong ownership and learning agility.
