Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance and operation of facility systems, including building code/permitting, electrical, fire sprinkler, HVAC/BMS, and building alarms.
  • •Serve as Environmental, Health and Safety lead by ensuring regulatory and non-regulatory requirements are performed, recorded, and enforced.
  • •Coordinate access and logistics with clients, construction crews, vendors, city officials, and deliveries.
  • •Provide purchasing assistance by entering orders in the accounting system.
  • •Perform regular site inspections for safety and aesthetics with service providers, property managers, and visitors.
