Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain monitoring systems, alerting pipelines, and health dashboards for real-time platform visibility.
  • •Participate in production incident response including triage, resolution contributions, stakeholder communication, and post-mortem documentation.
  • •Identify and implement automation for repetitive operational work such as access requests, backfill coordination, and pipeline health checks.
  • •Work on Snowflake infrastructure through Terraform, including access controls, cost monitoring, and warehouse configuration.
  • •Write and maintain runbooks and incident response playbooks, improve platform reliability and query performance, and collaborate with Data Engineering on reliability-focused design and code reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years in software engineering with meaningful experience in SRE, platform engineering, or data infrastructure roles.
  • •Proven experience contributing to production incident response, including stakeholder communication and post-incident analysis.
  • •Deep understanding of monitoring and observability (SLOs, dashboards, alerting design, and root cause analysis).
  • •Hands-on operational experience with Snowflake (access management, cost governance, and performance tuning).
