Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and direct an RPSNA program for proper risk transfer and claims handling, including claim data gathering, loss forecasting, and financial estimation.
  • •Oversee strategic partners and coordinate/manage audits to ensure contractual service levels are met or exceeded, including stewardship meetings.
  • •Plan, pilot, implement, measure, audit, and continuously improve insurance and claims best practices throughout RPSNA operations.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis based on audit findings and manage resolution of identified issues.
  • •Effectively lead, mentor, and coach RPSNA personnel; influence and educate business partners through communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements
