Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the design process with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and technical partners from inception through construction documentation.
  • •Develop and maintain the Design Management Plan and organize programming meetings, design reviews, and page-turn sessions with stakeholders.
  • •Run risk analysis workshops and BIM clash detection sessions; identify and resolve design issues so resolutions are incorporated into design packages.
  • •Review project submittals for compliance, manage design-related RFIs and changes, and support the Quality Control Program.
  • •Coordinate close-out activities including lessons learned, integration of as-built drawings and documentation, and commissioning plan compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within commercial real estate or large-scale construction projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of design standards, building codes, and construction processes.
  • •Proficiency in BIM tools and design coordination software.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
