Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experiences by being present with clients and teammates, listening for financial wellness opportunities, and delivering customized recommendations in-person and by phone.
  • •Open and support personal and business accounts and deposit products, including lending and certificates of deposit as needed.
  • •Achieve individual activity and sales/outcome goals using lead lists, walk-ins, appointments, and professional contacts.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support teller-line transactions and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
