Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven Personal Banker at a branch, uncovering customers’ financial wellness needs through in-person and proactive calling conversations. Build and deepen relationships by recommending tailored solutions, opening consumer and small business accounts, and providing guidance across deposit and lending products. Meet activity and sales/referral goals, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
