Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain production quality findings analysis, rework, and statistical interpretation; guide relevant sections.
  • •Support efforts to minimize reworks and reduce defect percentages while ensuring the right quality standard for on-time shipment.
  • •Train factory CFA and QA teams through verification training by PGS; support development of QFA (QMS factory auditor).
  • •Perform PP meetings for line, pre-final, and final inspections; monitor running production and provide technical support when needed.
  • •Ensure QMS audit follow-up on a quarterly basis, implement corrective actions in CAR according to agreed CAP and timeline, and conduct continuous training for suppliers and QFA.

Key Requirements

  • •Quality Assurance knowledge with a strong understanding of garment construction.
  • •Experience using a Quality Management System (QMS) and quality management documentation/reporting.
  • •Ability to solve problems and interpret production quality findings, rework, and defect data.
  • •Knowledge of vendor management and supplier performance tracking using available systems.
  • •Strong communication and time management skills to coordinate inspections, training, and corrective actions.
