Raw Materials Sourcing & Production Merchandiser

Manage sourcing strategies and production processes for raw materials across the CAFTA and EU regions. Partner with suppliers to track costs, lead times, quality, capacity, and WIP order status, while maintaining documentation and supplier matrices. Analyze market and sourcing data to support purchasing decisions, build reports and KPI dashboards, and coordinate compliance and seasonal staging to keep production schedules on track. Collaborate with Product Development, Color, and Production on material readiness and long-range planning.
