•Drive strategic projects by taking full ownership of financial initiatives and central demand, covering strategic topics and end-to-end ad hoc requests.
•Serve as the first point of contact for incoming central requests, assessing priorities and ensuring timely pickup, tracking, and delivery.
•Support reporting responsibilities, contributing to management output and ensuring content is decision-ready for senior stakeholders.
•Package and present financial analysis and project updates in a structured way to support senior management decisions.
•Champion AI and automation to simplify and improve project and reporting work, and stay connected with central and local colleagues to support transformation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration/Economics (or related) with at least 8 years of controlling or finance experience, ideally including strategic projects in complex, multi-entity environments.
•Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, concise decision-ready output for senior stakeholders.
•Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across functions under pressure.
•Knowledge and interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Power BI, Power Platform) and good understanding of SAP (FI/CO) or similar ERP systems, plus strong MS Excel skills.
•Fluent English; German is a plus (not mandatory).
