Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical equipment to keep all facilities running effectively. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and daily visual checks on venue equipment, maintaining logs and submitting condition reports. Maintain and operate MEP-related systems and building management systems, handle after-hours support as needed, and coordinate electro-mechanical works.
