Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive NPD projects: develop RFQs, recommend supplier selection, own costed BOM, and support PPAP and risk mitigation.
  • •Manage sourcing projects across Pro Tools’ global supply base, including cost modeling, make/buy analysis, and capital expenditure.
  • •Communicate supply chain status and risks to project stakeholders.
  • •Lead supplier decision reviews with executive leadership.
  • •Partner with suppliers to optimize design for manufacturability (DFM) and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards; support alignment for mechanical/electronic subassemblies (box builds).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (or related) with 3–5 years’ experience.
  • •Knowledge of quality processes including PPAP, SPC, DFM, and FMEA.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • •Strong project management skills and proficiency with MS Office.
  • •Advanced English level.
