Key Responsibilities

•Use varied machining processes, analyze setups, and improvise methods; perform necessary calculations and programming.
•Calculate and program tooling changes to compensate dimensional variations in tools, gauges, and parts using computer software.
•Set up, adjust, and operate equipment such as sanders, polishers, and cleaning tanks.
•Perform rapid maintenance tasks, minor epoxy work, and installation of details as required.
•Interpret part views and dimensions and select appropriate mounting methods for the piece to be machined.
