Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a technical people-management team, manage backlog, and ensure high-quality delivery with clear standards, governance, and operational excellence.
  • •Standardize designs and operating patterns for secure connectivity, network redundancy, traffic optimization, and edge delivery.
  • •Lead the implementation and management of firewalls, F5 products, and future SASE solutions with a focus on ZTNA.
  • •Champion the automation of network configurations and security protocols using modern practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • •Partner with architecture, network security, and operations teams to align networking solutions with organizational standards and strategic goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 199,200 - 298,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •+10 years experience as a network engineer and 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
  • •Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing strategic initiatives, and developing talent in network engineering fields.
  • •Proficient with agile practices with a track record of implementing and maintaining agile practices in a network engineering environment.
  • •Expertise in foundational network technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, SASE/ZTNA solutions such as Netskope and Zscaler, and edge networking.
  • •Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks and tools and proficiency with IaC practices.
