Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical authority on facilities, equipment, and program functions; lead complex engineering assignments and implement new techniques and methods.
  • •Provide field engineering leadership across multiple projects including installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • •Develop, review, and approve technical deliverables such as designs, calculations, testing plans, specifications, and reports.
  • •Mentor and supervise engineers, technicians, craft personnel, and support staff; ensure QA/QC across projects.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project management, controls, construction, procurement, permitting, document control) to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 5 to 7 years of post-education experience; Engineer in Training Certification.
  • •Proficient knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design/build processes, permitting, and project work; experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
  • •Proficiency with discipline-specific design software (CADD, AutoCAD Electrical, Aspen, CAPE, ETAP) and related tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and mentor junior team members with a focus on QA/QC.
  • •Ability to work independently on multiple projects with occasional travel requirements.
