Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RF system validation, characterization, and debugging using lab instrumentation.
  • •Drive RF circuit design and electromagnetic simulation to inform architecture and performance decisions.
  • •Partner with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, product, and operations teams to define, integrate, and deliver RF systems.
  • •Define RF hardware requirements, validation strategies, and production test methodologies from development through manufacturing.
  • •Own RF certification efforts and ensure compliance with FCC Part 15, CISPR 11, EN 55035, and the Radio Equipment Directive (RED).

Key Requirements

  • •BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in relevant RF or wireless engineering.
  • •Deep experience with RF communication systems including antenna integration, system-level RF performance optimization, conducted/radiated testing, coexistence, and desense mitigation.
  • •Strong RF/electrical engineering fundamentals across circuit design, component fundamentals, PCB layout, grounding, shielding, and digital communication protocols.
  • •Expert hands-on use of RF lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, calibration tools, radiated test systems).
