Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new projects by facilitating ISO/CMMI-aligned startup processes such as kickoff, project creation, and project planning.
  • •Review project plans with PMs and get approvals, then bring projects under internal audit purview.
  • •Conduct regular internal audits and weekly/monthly compliance checks for relevant activities.
  • •Connect with project teams to understand deliverables/activities, collect and analyze metrics, highlight risks, and plan corrective actions.
  • •Assist external audits by coordinating with project teams and participating in internal audits for support functions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 20000.
  • •Experience with CMMI up to level 3, and preferably level 4 and level 5.
  • •ISO and CMMI standards implementation experience in projects.
  • •Auditing experience.
  • •Ability to analyze metrics, identify risks, and plan corrective actions.
