Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership for manufacturing sites.
  • •Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and the budgeting process for assigned area(s).
  • •Ensure weekly forecasting is complete and accurate, with visibility into likely outturn and actions to hit targets.
  • •Analyze and interpret plant operation results, evaluate variances, and drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
  • •Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a small team (1–3) of finance professionals, delegating finance activities as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Advanced Degrees, CMA, or CPA a plus.
  • •5+ years of manufacturing finance and/or cost accounting experience.
  • •Experience with data mining or planning applications.
  • •Experience with complex ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex data into decision-ready insights and act independently as a subject matter expert.
