Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cost management and estimating expertise across Precontract, Post Contract, Data, Tools & Policies and Risk; support scheme delivery to maintain control of baselines and data.
  • •Assure scheme performance through effective use of client policies and cost management practices, delivering high quality outputs.
  • •Develop and deliver detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decisions and governance.
  • •Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants and Contractors to build robust cost management and reporting.
  • •Contribute to change control including cost assessment of changes and ongoing client initiatives for cost savings and predictability.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity.
  • •Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • •Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification.
  • •Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management is advantageous.
