Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner for individuals and small businesses by uncovering financial wellness needs through in-person conversations and proactive phone outreach. Build and deepen relationships, open and manage personal and business accounts and lending products, and hit individual activity and sales goals. Work within the branch team, support teller transactions as needed, maintain required compliance documentation, and occasionally lead morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
