Job Summary

Lead production reliability, observability, and incident management across Fever’s platform as part of the Tech Support Engineering team in Argentina. Drive SRE culture by reducing MTTD/MTTR, defining SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, and improving monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and automation. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance resilience and production readiness while leading, coaching, and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the SRE culture across the company, driving down MTTD and MTTR.
•Drive reliability and observability initiatives across production systems.
•Define and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets to enhance service reliability.
•Lead critical incident response, perform RCA, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
•Improve monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and automation to reduce operational toil, and own operational processes including on-call, incident management, and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or a similar role.
•Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
•Strong experience operating and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems in high-availability production environments.
•Deep understanding of incident management, observability, and reliability engineering principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
•Hands-on experience with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus or similar) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar), plus CI/CD and modern delivery practices.
