Box Office Representative - MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre

Assist guests at live events at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre by selling tickets, greeting patrons at the box office, and verifying ticket/pass authenticity. Help locate seats, restrooms, and phones, search for lost articles, and resolve seating disputes or other guest concerns. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules while escalating safety concerns to management. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
