Key Responsibilities

  • •Support service delivery of health assessments to customers.
  • •Maintain accurate client records and take part in the end-to-end process.

  • •Carry out clinical testing (e.g., body composition analysis, spirometry, monitoring, blood tests, ECG, audiometry, functional movement screening).
  • •Create individual lifestyle action plans and make post-assessment calls to reinforce actions plans using motivational interviewing techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition.
  • •Customer-facing experience.

  • •Ability to build rapport with customers and tailor your approach using empathy and motivation.
