Key Responsibilities

  • •Delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, and coaching.
  • •Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts; troubleshooting configuration to meet business requirements.
  • •Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
  • •Providing one-on-one guidance to inform customers along a path to success and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • •Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities and maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • •5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.).
  • •2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • •Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
