Key Responsibilities

•Delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, and coaching.
•Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts; troubleshooting configuration to meet business requirements.
•Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
•Providing one-on-one guidance to inform customers along a path to success and identify opportunities for optimization.
•Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities and maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,600 - 106,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT implementation experience.
•5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.).
•2+ years of software consulting experience.
•Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
