Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, including invoicing for payments and variations for inclusion in tender documents and agreements.
  • •Evaluate technical bids (PMC, FEED, EPC) to confirm compliance and provide clarifications to bidders.
  • •Prepare relevant portions of technical evaluation reports and finalize corresponding contract document sections after incorporating bulletins and clarifications.
  • •Evaluate variation requests/claims by analyzing cost submissions, preparing counters estimates using unit rates, and recommending approvals.
  • •Coordinate with Project Control Managers to ensure adherence to Project Control Procedures and ensure correct cost account code charging.
