Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical direction of Lime’s Core Applications ecosystem, including architecture, integration strategy, platform governance, and long-term design decisions.
  • •Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex issues, guiding solution decisions and helping the team move through ambiguity.
  • •Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, security requirements, and user experience.
  • •Design and deliver automations, integrations, and custom solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort at scale.
  • •Establish and evolve technical standards and governance practices, and participate in shared on-call rotation for production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience administering, engineering, or architecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.
