Plan and structure in-app CRM campaign communication in coordination with local and regional teams. Manage the banner calendar to increase reach and conversion, create campaigns in the internal Campaign Tool aligned to the brief and established strategy, and set up promotions and discount coupons. Monitor CRM performance reports, propose improvement actions, and analyze key data to identify optimal user segments and support acquisition and retention strategies.
