Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations in Riyadh, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper receiving, and regulatory safety compliance. Lead a small team, develop standard work instructions, monitor stock levels and expirations, coordinate with Purchasing and Sales, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and service quality for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
•While receiving material, ensure products are in accordance with Purchase Orders and in good condition; report discrepancies to Purchasing Department.
•Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
•Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands.
•Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or high diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
•3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse experience (including 1+ year of previous supervisory experience).
•OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
