Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary EE technical lead for PCA design and system-level integration in support of NPI programs.
  • •Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Drive end-to-end PCA design including schematic, layout review, and validation.
  • •Define and enforce EE best practices, design guidelines, and quality standards.
  • •Ensure SI/PI, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations are addressed; own system-level quality, reliability, DfX, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience as a project lead or equivalent technical leadership role.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of EE PCA design experience.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering at least 2 NPI products from concept to production.
  • •Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional, global teams.
