Job Summary

Serve as the EE technical lead for printed circuit board assembly (PCA) design and system-level electrical integration, supporting NPI programs from schematic through layout review and validation. Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions, while enforcing EE best practices, quality standards, and reliability via DfX and failure analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to address SI/PI, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations and balance cost, schedule, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary EE technical lead for PCA design and system-level integration supporting NPI programs.
•Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions throughout the lifecycle.
•Drive end-to-end PCA design, including schematic, layout review, and validation.
•Define and enforce EE best practices, design guidelines, and quality standards, ensuring SI/PI, EMC/EMI, and thermal are addressed.
•Own system-level quality and reliability, including DfX, failure analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional execution support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.
•Minimum 3-5 years of EE PCA design experience.
•Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 2 NPI products from concept to production.
•Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional and global teams.
