Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing, with added advantage related to valves/coils or components.
  • •Deep knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, and GT&D.
  • •Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systems.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, plus experience with ERP and digital quality systems (preferred).
