Job Summary

Work with the TikTok Shop US Operations and Product teams to improve the merchant and creator commerce experience. You’ll analyze operational data to identify insights and product issues, help refine product requirements and user journeys, and support scalable product solutions. In this internship, you’ll consolidate feedback for prioritization, coordinate across regions and time zones to support development through launch, and drive continuous optimization.

•Consolidate feedback from operations, users, and cross-functional stakeholders to participate in prioritization discussions.
•Support cross-team communication across regions and time zones to ensure delivery of development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
•Strong logical thinking and data analytics skills to break down complex problems and propose actionable solutions.
•Demonstrated communication, organization, and project execution skills; proactive and able to drive tasks independently.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-regional teams, including APAC stakeholders across time zones.
•Fluency in Chinese and English to manage stakeholders in Greater China/China markets.
