Key Responsibilities

•Build and own Lovable's investment policy and cash management framework across all entities
•Optimise yield on cash balances while maintaining appropriate liquidity and risk parameters
•Establish treasury infrastructure to support the business as it scales across multiple geographies and entities
•Build and implement an FX framework as international revenue grows
•Drive cost reduction across FX, banking fees, and payment transactions

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of treasury experience, ideally spanning cash management, investments, FX, and banking
•Experience setting up or significantly building out a treasury function, not just running one
•Strong understanding of cash investment strategies and risk management frameworks
•Hands-on experience with FX risk management and hedging in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment
•Background in high-growth tech or SaaS - you understand the pace and the lack of playbook
