Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage integrated program and project plans, governance documentation, and delivery frameworks.
  • •Coordinate multiple ICT initiatives, vendors, resources, and delivery dependencies across the portfolio.
  • •Manage program and project budgets, risks, issues, change control, and governance reporting.
  • •Support steering committees, working groups, and executive decision-making processes.
  • •Lead service transition, go-live planning, and operational readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading complex programs and projects, ideally within a government and/or healthcare environment.
  • •Strong expertise in program/project governance, integrated planning, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, vendors, and delivery partners in a complex environment.
  • •Strong commercial acumen across budget management, risk management, change control, and contract-related activities.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, plus PgMP, MSP or equivalent, and PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
