Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client interactions related to establishing, documenting, maintaining, and servicing the relationship and accounts.
  • •Work with clients and/or Wealth Advisors to obtain required applicant and financial information and documentation for new accounts or loan servicing requests.
  • •Provide detailed information on accounts and build rapport to service customers.
  • •Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
  • •Conduct proactive monthly outreach, participate in Calling Days, and support multiple practices (Private Banking, Trust, & Investment Management).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services experience.
  • •Required when supporting Wealth Advisor role: Microsoft suite proficiency.
  • •Notary Public.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
