Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop a team of finance managers and analysts to improve financial support quality and consistency across business lines.
  • •Architect and pressure-test long-term business cases to guide division capital allocation, including IP, facility investments, and major program pursuits.
  • •Direct planning for headcount, capital, and operating expense; own working capital forecasts and capex tracking across product lines and contracts.
  • •Oversee program financial management, including reporting, milestone invoicing, and monthly financial status in partnership with customer/program counterparts.
  • •Partner with accounting to drive a rigorous, accurate, timely, and consistent financial close across the division.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership through significant revenue and headcount growth.
  • •Ownership of full planning cycle: long-range planning, annual operating planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • •Strong command of hardware/product economics (unit cost, gross margin, inventory, working capital, and cash implications).
  • •Experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior leadership.
  • •Track record hiring/developing finance teams and driving process improvement using first-principles problem solving.
