Job Summary

Coordinate and ensure end-to-end quality for compensation and benefits processes within the Workforce and Compensation unit. Review and globally align process execution across your area of responsibility, while partnering with the Process Excellence team to drive continuous process improvements and onboarding. Support salary structure and reviews, benefits administration, and workforce-related tasks across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics, contributing analytical and Excel-driven process coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and ensure quality in end-to-end compensation and benefits deliveries.
•Review and globally align compensation and benefits processes within your area of responsibility.
•Drive continuous process improvement activities within the Process Excellence team.
•Support onboarding within the Workforce and Compensation unit.
•Contribute to compensation and workforce-related administrative processes (e.g., salary structure and reviews, benchmarks, benefits, onboarding/transfers/exits).

Salary: EUR 2,750 - 3,950 monthly
