Key Responsibilities

•Interpret, communicate, and execute supply quality strategies, roadmap, objectives, and programs to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional and supply-base partners.
•Write, interpret, communicate, train, and enforce Campbell’s food safety, regulatory, and quality standards, policies, procedures, and specifications.
•Conduct supplier risk assessments, audits, and supplier improvement activities, including oversight of nonconformances and supplier performance metrics.
•Lead audit planning and execution as a lead auditor, including closing findings through supplier corrective actions.
•Use analytics to process information, identify trends and risks, plan improvements for assigned supplier categories, and manage supplier performance and compliance.

Salary: USD 113,300 - 155,800 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality, Biology, Microbiology, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
•7+ years of Food Safety and Quality experience with food manufacturing experience required.
•Strong supplier management knowledge and experience across ingredients and packaging categories.
•Ability to travel up to 50% depending on supplier audits, meetings, and project needs.
•General computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
