Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve PAC business processes, continual improvement projects, and BKM alignment.
  • •Facilitate global peer groups to align strategy/roadmap, build metrics to strategic objectives, and drive accountability for performance improvements.
  • •Review and lead PAC performance across Micron sites, identify gaps/opportunities, and align procedures and requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learned.
  • •Prioritize and lead numerous PAC projects through definition, planning, implementation, acceptance, and review stages.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology/tool enablement; develop PAC documentation and engage suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience, preferably with PAC experience.
  • •Project management experience is a must.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Willingness to travel.
