Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop commissioning record (closeout) documentation throughout the project and submit documentation to the project manager before substantial completion, developing a well-thought-out documentation plan with close-out information collected across all project phases.
  • •Supervision of all on-site commissioning activities as appropriate including P&ID checking (system check/walk-down/punching), mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, cold commissioning (dry/wet), hot commissioning.
  • •Supports pre-start up safety review with client and construction contractor (and PMC and licensor as appropriate).
  • •Supervises start-up, ensuring full punchlist handover to operations for performance testing and post-commissioning.
  • •Supervises commissioning team to ensure delivery against milestones and KPIs.
  • •Coordinate contractor, subcontractor and vendor activities associated with pre-commissioning and commissioning.
  • •Provide leadership in health, safety and environmental (HSE) issues on site.
  • •Carry out progress reporting for all phases of the commissioning and start-up of the facility
