Key Responsibilities

•Perform testing on general building sites and facilities as part of construction materials testing teams
•Interpret project plans and specifications for compliance with project requirements
•Perform sampling and testing of concrete, masonry, and grout per ASTM and project specs
•Perform soil density testing using nuclear gauge and sand cone on site at commercial projects
•Prepare and submit written field reports summarizing daily activities, observations, and density calculations

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience with emphasis on soils and concrete
•ACI Field Level I certification (concrete sampling and field testing)
•NPDES Red Card
•ICC Soils or Equivalent
•ICC Reinforced Concrete or Equivalent
•ICC Masonry or Equivalent
•Troxler or equivalent certification
•Ability to read and understand site grading drawings
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Valid Driver’s License
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Basic knowledge of Excel
•Willingness to work outside normal hours
•Pass physical and background check
