Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize search quality to deliver the best user search experience.
  • •Apply machine learning, NLP, and multimodal techniques to improve search ranking algorithms.
  • •Improve query understanding for ranking relevance.
  • •Develop video understanding components for search ranking.
  • •Advance result ranking at multiple levels using ML and information retrieval methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with search and/or recommendation algorithms.
  • •Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure using C++/Python/Java.
  • •Experience in one or more areas including NLP, ranking, ads, search engine, recommender systems, or machine learning.
