Job Summary

Build and scale a best-in-class property management operation, supporting vendor relationships, internal systems, and the day-to-day tenant experience. Own process and efficiency improvements by designing operational infrastructure and rolling out a property management software platform. Oversee unit and tenant onboarding, monitor partner performance and SLAs, and support associates on maintenance and tenant-related issues while collaborating across Leasing and Legal/RDC through move-in and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement operational infrastructure (trackers, file management systems, and standard workflows) to support a scaling property management team.
•Lead rollout and adoption of a property management software platform, ensuring accurate data and smooth daily use.
•Oversee onboarding of units and tenant records into the property management system, ensuring accuracy across the portfolio.
•Monitor external partners’ performance, focusing on service quality, tenant satisfaction, and renewal rates; support vendor onboarding and SLA quality.
•Support property management associates with tenant-related maintenance issues and coordinate with Leasing and Legal/RDC for a seamless move-in to renewal experience.

•5+ years of experience in property management, vendor management, or real estate operations.

•Excellent stakeholder management across Leasing, Legal, and Finance functions.
