Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, scope, and support resourcing decisions for project demands while planning and executing cross-department projects.
  • •Set project goals, define key wins and risks, establish KPIs, and monitor quantitative impact.
  • •Facilitate meetings by assigning clear action items and follow-ups, and lead effective project reviews and retrospectives.
  • •For out-of-scope issues, develop data-driven alternative solutions and improve issue detection processes.
  • •Advance the team’s project management practice and consultative toolkit, using PMO templates for documentation, and mentor others on project management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technology organization (or related field).
  • •Demonstrated competency across the phases of project management, including advanced PMBOK competency.
  • •Experience identifying, scoping, and managing complex, cross-functional technology-oriented projects.
  • •Advanced time management skills and the ability to quickly shift between projects and problem spaces.
  • •Experience accelerating projects through business analysis, consulting, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and/or design thinking.
