Contractor SAP Security Officer for DoD Special Access Programs within RTX/Pratt & Whitney security operations. Lead full-scope SAP security program implementation, manage PERSEC and access controls, coordinate with program management on SAP security requirements, and ensure inspections and audits are completed while working as an effective team member in a high-security government environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the full scope implementation of the Department of Defense Special Access Program Security Manual, company SOPs and additional contractual security requirements across programs and facilities.
•Manage all security disciplines for assigned SAPs including PERSEC, inbriefs/debriefs, subcontracting, visitor control, accountability, access control and security education.
•Collaborate with security and program management to develop and achieve program-specific security goals and requirements.
•Develop and/or implement program-specific security plans including test plans and outside work agreements relevant to SAP security.
•Assist in the completion of annual and event-based security compliance inspections and audits.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree and 5+ years of Security, Military or Defense experience, or government regulated environment; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate’s degree (or 2-year technical training) and 10+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma and 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
