Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Epiroc service activities at Kamoa, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and technical support.
•Own service contracts and customer relationships, ensuring KPI/SLA compliance, managing risks, driving contract growth, and maintaining customer partnerships.
•Manage Service Operations P&L, delivering revenue, profitability, budget, cost control, invoicing, and cash flow targets.
•Direct manpower planning, labor utilization, timekeeping, resource allocation, and workforce efficiency to maximize service performance and revenue recovery.
•Recruit, develop, coach, and retain teams through succession planning, training, competency development, performance management, and employee engagement; promote zero-harm and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Mining), Business Management, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in mining equipment service operations or heavy equipment maintenance.
•At least 5 years in a management role overseeing large field service teams in the mining industry.
•Demonstrated expertise managing service contracts, operational P&L, and workforce planning.
•Fluent in English is mandatory; French proficiency is preferred.
