Job Summary

Partner with executive and functional leaders to drive strategic financial insights, risk/opportunity visibility, and key business decisions. Own financial models (including capacity/benefits) and create trade-off analyses to guide investment prioritization. Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and variance explanations in collaboration with Corporate Finance and Accounting. Identify AI- and automation-driven improvements to scale finance processes and enable real-time, actionable analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with executive and functional leaders to drive critical business decisions and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
•Build and own financial models, including capacity and benefits modeling, and prepare strategic trade-off analyses to support investment prioritization.
•Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Accounting to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting with clear variance explanations and actionable recommendations.
•Identify and implement AI and automation-driven improvements to scale financial processes, enable real-time reporting, and support impactful analyses.
•Deliver ad hoc analyses for executives and business partners with strong judgment, speed, and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in the technology industry, or related work in accounting, investment banking, consulting, treasury, or private equity.
•Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budget vs. actuals, annual planning, and long-range planning.
•Comfort partnering directly with senior leadership and building cross-functional relationships.
•Experience leveraging AI in financial workflows, with curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.
•Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability in delivering outcomes.
